1. Service and eligibility
Famipino provides a web dashboard and an Android companion app for a device that shares its location. Available features may include the last reported position, journey history, geofences, device status, commands and selected alerts. Features shown as drafts or unavailable are not part of a current purchase. Your order and invoice, when checkout is enabled, state the applicable capacity, period and price.
2. Consent and lawful use
Before pairing a device, obtain informed permission from the person carrying it or, where appropriate, their lawful guardian. Explain who can see its location, what is recorded and how sharing can be stopped. Hidden tracking, installation without permission, harassment and unlawful surveillance are prohibited. The Android app visibly indicates active tracking and provides a stop control; a request already in flight may still complete. You are responsible for keeping the necessary consent and complying with local law.
3. Account security
Provide accurate account and billing details and protect your email address, password, one-time codes and signed-in devices. Do not share access with anyone who is not authorised to see the tracked person’s information. If you suspect misuse, change your credentials, remove affected devices where needed and contact us.
4. Accuracy and safety limits
A reported position is not necessarily a live position. Accuracy and delivery depend on GPS, permissions, battery, device settings and connectivity. Geofence and offline alerts can be delayed or missed. This service is not an emergency response system, a substitute for direct care or a guaranteed anti-theft service. For a car, an Android phone must stay powered, connected and permitted to access location; vehicle recovery is not guaranteed.
5. Plans and payments
An active device occupies one slot. The account shows available plan periods and capacity options. A quote or draft price is not a completed payment. New capacity or renewal takes effect only after payment is verified by the service. Any final charge, currency and tax are shown before you confirm an order. Reducing unused capacity immediately does not automatically create a credit or refund; active devices are not removed without your action.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may stop location sharing in the app or remove a device from your account. Stopping sharing does not by itself cancel a subscription or trigger a refund. If a payment is incorrect, duplicated or disputed, send the invoice reference through the contact form. We will review the transaction, use of the service and terms presented at checkout. No automatic refund or fixed refund period is promised before a final checkout policy is published.
7. Data and deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains the information collected, who may access it and how it is retained. Removing a device permanently deletes its operational location history, commands, geofences and related records from the active service. Review anything you need before removal. Some billing, security or support records may remain where needed to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation.
8. Prohibited activity
Do not attempt to access another account, bypass security controls, overload the service, impersonate another person, submit malicious content or use the service to violate anyone’s rights. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to protect people and systems, and may take action required by law.
9. Changes and contact
We may change features for security, reliability or development. Material changes to these terms will appear here with a new date and, where practicable, be communicated through the account. For questions about consent, billing, privacy or security, use the contact page. Never include a password or one-time code in a support message.
