1. Scope and responsibility
This policy covers the global website, customer dashboard, Android tracking app and support requests. An account holder must make this information available to the person carrying a device, or their lawful guardian, before pairing. Tracking requires informed permission and must remain visible to the person concerned.
2. Information we collect
Account information includes email, verification activity, protected password credentials and profile or billing details you provide. Device information includes identifiers, status, reported coordinates, timestamps, accuracy, journey history, commands and geofence events. We also process plan and invoice records, payment status and transaction references, notification preferences, consent evidence, support messages and limited technical and security records. Full card details are not stored by Famipino.
3. Why we use it
We use this information to secure accounts, pair devices, display location and history, handle commands and geofences, deliver selected alerts, manage plans and invoices, answer support requests and prevent abuse. We do not sell a person’s location history or use it for behavioural advertising.
4. Access, providers and transfers
The account holder can see information for devices in that account. Authorised support staff access only what is needed for a request or security. Hosting, map, email, push and payment providers may receive information necessary for their specific function. Providers may process data in countries where they operate; applicable safeguards and local rights depend on the service and jurisdiction. We otherwise disclose information with permission or when legally required.
5. Consent and controls
Pairing records confirmation that the tracked person or lawful guardian has agreed. The Android app indicates active tracking and can stop it. The account holder can remove a device, and optional notification preferences can be changed in account settings. Stopping prevents new location collection, although an upload already in progress may complete.
6. Retention and deletion
There is currently no fixed automatic deletion period for location history or contact messages in the global service. A retention control exists but no period has been enabled; we will update this policy before enabling one. Deleting a device removes its operational locations, history, commands, geofences and related consent records. Billing, security and support records may be kept where needed for disputes or legal duties. Contact us to request review, correction or deletion of other account data; identity verification may be required.
7. Security
Account data is separated by account, connections use HTTPS, one-time codes are short-lived and sensitive access is controlled and logged. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your devices and login details and report suspected misuse through the contact page.
9. Your requests and changes
You can review and edit available profile and notification settings in your account. Contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, consent or the handling of your information; rights may vary by jurisdiction. Material policy changes will be dated on this page and, where practicable, communicated through the account. Do not send passwords or verification codes in a request.
